the raiders play the browns at the coliseum lacking fine. breezy. cool. take your jacket with you. mostly cloudy. rainfall total up until sunday up to 5 inches in the north bay mountains. running into 1:00 p.m. sunday. 2 to 4 inches in the north basement up to 4 inches in the santa cruz mountains. most of the rest of the bay area one to 2 additional inches of rain. we do have a couple of rivers we are watching russian river near hop land. flood stages 21 feet it's going to exceed flood stage as you look at this graph here sunday night into monday expect to hit at 24 feet. right now it is close to 6 fee feet. other river that we are watching is the russian river at guerneville. currently 24 feet so rapid rise in the last 24 to 48 hours with the rainfall. it is expected to crest at 30 feet. flood stage 32. so it's going to get close there. high surf advisory until 10:00 a.m. saturday. waves and surf up to 17 feet. watch out for the rip current and the high pressure for your saturday with the scattered showers around mainly in the 60's. look at the accu-weather 7 day forecast sto

't materialized. jerry brown said heewould create 500,000 new green jobs the next ten years, so far it's roughly been about 3,000 per year and at that rate jerry willful fill the promise in let's say 167 years. stuart: 3000 green energy jobs per year, that's all california has got. that's a very low number and one of the problems, they're investigating the money and i think the state of california said last year, 59 million went into green jobs and training and apprenticeships and 719 jobs actually placed and that's an investment for the taxpayer roughly $83,000 per job and doesn't seem like a good roi to me. >> do the jobs go away? and once you've installed so already panels. once you've installed them, i guess, that green job, basically goes away, doesn't it? >> it's the equivalent of being the maytag repairman for green energy. once you've installed them they are he' expected to last, 20 or 30 years, and you talked about unintended consequences and i think that the overestimates on this are telling california we may be too green to fail. stuart: now, what about this mandate? the energy compan

just a pinch of garlic and about a week's pay's worth of saffron. when the chicken is golden brown, add a dozen skinned tomatoes and as many red and green peppers as you can stand chopping. stir everything with a clean shovel. now, add a laundry bin of arborio rice and just a dash of smoked sweet pimentos. stir briskly until the rice has become coated with the oils and spices. add a few gallons of stock and bring to a boil. add another pallet if necessary. mix in a boatload of fresh whole shrimp. when the rice is done, remove, remembering to lift with your knees, and let set for 10 minutes. now, you could just stare at the pretty colors and textures, but i recommend eating it for the full experience. dish out servings daintily and garnish with a wedge of lemon.
